The Maylands Peninsula boardwalks have recently had an upgrade using Walcon’s composite timber (WPC) decking.
There are a number of boardwalks located around the various lakes and Walcon’s composite decking provides a scenic walk for local residents in the area.
Approximately 300m² of Walcon’s 140×23 composite decking was used and has become an increasingly popular decking of choice due to its fantastic low-maintenance properties and aesthetically pleasing finish.
Teak was the decking colour selected for these boardwalks, like Riverside Gardens boardwalk.
Additionally, the stainless steel fixing system came standard with Walcon’s 140×23 composite decking and provides a robust, long-lasting finish.
Additionally, the Maylands Peninsula boardwalks consist of 180 lineal metres of solid WPC 50×50 kick rail.
